Founded in 2018, the Limitless Fund is designed to support the initiatives of Meraki Health and the Limitless Therapeutic Day Program. Their mission is to provide financial assistance to clients of Meraki Health and promote the Limitless Program through capital investments into the program.Â
The Limitless Program began as a summer camp to fill a need for children to have therapeutic services via recreational opportunities not otherwise offered to those with special needs in our area. The need for a year-round option for functional education and therapy services was quickly identified halfway through the summer, as both parents and staff noted a significant impact on the children and their families. The summer camp became a therapeutic day program for school-aged children who benefit from hands-on experiential learning with an individualized plan of care. The one-to-one care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, which is prescribed by each child’s primary care provider.
The Limitless Fund has made it possible for the Meraki Health team of clinicians to incorporate a variety of initiatives into their scientifically proven method of play-based therapy. From providing at-home therapy equipment to families to assisting with financial needs and allowing Meraki Health to offer services not otherwise covered by insurance plans, the Limitless Fund has proven to be an invaluable resource for Meraki Health.
The Limitless Fund operates completely off of donations from the community. A board of directors oversees the fund to ensure that projects are selected to make a positive difference for the next generation of the community. Learn more about the Limitless Fund at www.limitlessfund.org.Â
