Since its inception, Meraki Health has been dedicated to providing focused, 1:1 care to each client, ensuring that they receive personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and promote optimal outcomes. We provide this custom service through our multidisciplinary approach, bringing together a diverse team of professionals to provide comprehensive and collaborative care for our clients.
Our outpatient and intensive services include Speech, Occupational, Physical, Behavioral and Medical Nutrition Therapy, Social Work Services, Consulting and Training for Caregivers and Providers, Goal Review Screening and the Limitless Therapeutic Day Program. Each service is designed to benefit not only the client but also caregivers, serving people of every age and stage of life. In fact, Meraki Health is the only company in our region, aside from a nursing home or hospital, to provide collaborative therapy services within the same clinic.
Our Multidisciplinary Team
The Meraki Health team comprises licensed professionals and their certified assistants, working in harmony to deliver high-quality services across various therapeutic disciplines at all of our locations:
SLPs and SLPAs: Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
SLPs assess a variety of communication disorders, including speech, language and swallowing difficulties, to develop individualized treatment plans.
SLPAs support these plans by providing direct therapy services under SLP supervision.
BCBAs and RBTs: Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians
BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral challenges.
RBTs implement these plans through direct therapy, collecting data and providing feedback to BCBAs to ensure effective outcomes.
PTs and PTAs: Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants:
PTs evaluate clients and focus on improving their physical mobility, strength and functional abilities.
PTAs assist by carrying out treatment plans, guiding clients through exercises and monitoring progress under the PT’s supervision.
OTs and COTAs: Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
OTs assess clients and develop treatment plans to help clients perform or regain skills necessary for daily living and working.
COTAs support this process by providing therapeutic interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing and cognitive functions with the OT’s guidance.
LCSWs and LSWs: Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Social Workers
LCSWs have a higher level of clinical training and can work directly with clients to evaluate and provide mental health therapy.
LSWs have a broader scope of practice, including management and connecting clients to resources, as well as assisting with LCSW treatment plans.
DIRFloortime® Integrator
The DIR Integrator incorporates this comprehensive framework into care plans for clients with autism and similar neurodivergent diagnoses. DIR is designed to promote human development through respectful, playful and engaging interactions.
MNT: Medical Nutrition Therapist
Some Meraki Health clients struggle with nutrition. In this case, a Registered Dietician works with clients and families to assess a person's nutritional needs and develop a personalized diet plan to address their specific health concerns.
