Outpatient Options

We offer individualized 1:1 care to our patients at Meraki Health.  We devote our time to helping you function at your highest level so you can shine in your role through life! Caregivers are supported through the therapy process as much as the patient and provided with resources to further enhance care.  We are a multidisciplinary and collaborative team of local people who are committed to providing you the best care possible. However, we refer to other providers as needed because we understand that not one practice can do it all.   We are in it for the people and it shows in our work!

Behavior Therapy

Our behavior therapy program is unlike many ABA programs in that is provides functional support within a developmental framework.  Our Board Certified Behavior Therapists (BCBAs) are trained in strategies that facilitate the internalization and facilitation of development on a natural trajectory.  BCBAs develop a custom treatment plan and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) utilize strategies to support the child throughout their daily life.  Behavior therapy may be provided in home, in our outpatient setting, at our Limitless program or in the community. We also work to support children within their educational setting through collaboration with school districts as needed.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is an important service offered at Meraki Health.  Our Registered Occupational Therapists (OTR)  and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) focus on sensory and motor development, strengthening and coordinating fine motor groups, and supporting participation in vocational and leisure activity.  Children and adults who struggle with fine motor skills, coordination to perform play-based activities and activities of daily living (ADLs), visual-spatial deficits and sensory processing disorder will find that assistance from our clinicians can make a world of difference!

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapy department is here for your strength and conditioning needs.  Once our Doctor of Physical Therapy assesses your current function, our Physical Therapist Assistants implement a custom plan of care to help you reach your maximum potential.  We provide individualized 1:1 care to patients across the lifespan that addresses strengthening and conditioning of large muscle groups, coordination and functional performance as well as pain management in order to engage in play, learning, work or daily tasks.  Our restorative program will keep you on track once you have reached your goals.   Our collaborative team is able to work together to provide patient-centered care so our patients receive lasting results.

Speech Therapy

Our Speech-Language Pathologists provide assessment and treatment of a range of developmental and acquired needs.  We support children and adults with challenges that impede on the ability to communicate and relate with others.  Language comprehension, expression, socialization, cognition and executive function, feeding and swallowing are all within the scope of practice for this team of clinicians.  Assistance with functional communication strategies though the use and programming of technology is also available.  Speech Therapy may be provided in the outpatient or Limitless setting.  Collaboration with other team members well as caregiver involvement ensures successful carry-over.
