DIR®/Floortime™ Consultation & Coaching

Service Description

After carefully assessing the child’s functional developmental level, individual differences and challenges, as well as relationships with caregivers and peers, a DIR®/Floortime™ certified clinician will, together with the parents, develop an individualized functional profile that will capture their child’s unique developmental features and serves as a basis for creating an individually tailored intervention program. From there, parents will be coached as they learn how to facilitate the development of functional emotional capacities through meaningful and play-based interaction.
